Abstract

The article highlights the results of experimental studies of hematological and biochemical blood parameters of rabbits, the combined direction of productivity, grown under different feeding conditions.

It should be noted that different feeding conditions for experimental youngsters were provided by feeding them with low-component compound feeds with different structure of components and the ratio of components of the compound feed (% by weight)). Group I: barley - 70, soy - 20, hay flour - 10; Group II: barley - 60, soybeans - 30, hay flour - 10; Group III: barley - 50, soy - 40, hay flour - 10. Grain feeds were extruded.

It was established that the biochemical blood parameters of rabbits of the experimental groups were within the physiological norm.

It should be noted that the improvement of the level and usefulness of the protein nutrition of animals, due to the increase in the proportion of soybean in the composition of mixed feed of rabbits of the second and third groups, contributed to an increase in the overall protein level in blood serum. So, in rabbits of the 3rd experimental group, the protein content was significantly higher compared with the 1st and 2nd, by 20.75–16.75 g / l.

A clear tendency has been revealed between the increase in the specific weight of soy in the composition of mixed feeds and the increase in blood of urea in experienced rabbits. Rabbits of the ІІІ experimental group on this indicator exceeded their peers of the ІІ and І groups, respectively, by 10.1% and 28.6%.

It was found that favorable in mineral composition, feeding conditions, provided a higher content of basic trace elements in the serum of rabbits of the third group. In terms of calcium content, the difference between the І and ІІІ group is significant, and on the phosphorus content it was 5.7% and 1.2%, respectively.

It is necessary to point out the significant difference in the biochemical blood parameters between the groups of rabbits raised with different ratios of the ration components. The increase in metabolic processes is observed in the body of rabbits of the 3rd experimental group that received a diet according to the structure: barley - 50%, soy - 40%, hay flour - 10%. In fractions of protein, glucose, calcium and phosphorus, they significantly exceeded the rabbits of other experimental groups.
